The listed dimensions are the size of the tool, i.e. the wet clay. Clay shrinks during drying and firing, usually around 5–15%, and the final size of your piece always depends on your own clay and firing temperature. For example, with a 10 cm size and 12% shrinkage, the finished piece would be about 8.8 cm. Please check your clay's shrinkage before ordering and choose the size accordingly.

- 3D‑printed from biodegradable PLA
- Rectangle shape
- Suitable for clay, air‑drying materials
- Smooth walls and precise corners
- Lightweight, durable and easy to clean
Use: Press the material onto the mold. Can also be used as a shaping guide or template.
Recommendation for this mold: Pair it with our Scalloped Rectangle Cutter to create stunning decorative plates, candle holders, and more. For the best results, we recommend choosing a cutter that is 2 cm larger than the mold. This ensures a perfect fit and a beautiful finish for your clay projects.
Negative mold: A negative mold has a recessed shape that allows the clay slab to shrink away from the mold as it dries. This makes it a safe option, as the clay can remain in the mold throughout the entire drying process.
