Mayco SW-104 Black Walnut – Stoneware Glaze (Brush-on), 472 ml

Black Walnut is a dark brown glaze with lighter patches where it breaks over texture and edges – beautiful on stamped and pattern-rolled surfaces. In higher-temperature reduction firings it turns glossier and slightly lighter.

Finish: Satin dark brown, breaks lighter over texture

Firing range: Cone 5/6 – Cone 10 (approx. 1200–1300 °C), oxidation or reduction

Application: Stir well before use and brush onto bisqueware in layers. The final look depends on your clay body, the number of coats and the firing schedule.

Food safety: Food-safe when fired correctly. Dinnerware safe when used according to instructions.
