Low-Fire Colorobbia Fairy Dust Glaze – 116 Mermaid's Tale

FAIRY DUST – Mermaid's Tale is a shimmering glaze with a bright, aquatic turquoise sparkle – perfect for ocean themes, seashells and decorative or sculptural surfaces. On textured pieces the glitter settles into the grooves for a beautiful, scale-like effect.

Tip: If you don't usually run separate low-fire glaze firings, Fairy Dust glazes can also be fired together with the bisque firing. This saves time and energy while still providing an excellent result.

Instructions for use:

Shake well before use. Thin with a small amount of water if needed. One coat gives a delicate sea-glass tint, while three coats deepen into a bold turquoise shimmer.

Use a dedicated brush for Fairy Dust glazes. Metallic particles easily stick to the bristles and can transfer to other glazes. Keep one brush solely for the Fairy Dust series.
