The listed dimensions are the size of the tool, i.e. the wet clay. Clay shrinks during drying and firing, usually around 5–15%, and the final size of your piece always depends on your own clay and firing temperature. For example, with a 10 cm size and 12% shrinkage, the finished piece would be about 8.8 cm. Please check your clay's shrinkage before ordering and choose the size accordingly.

A 3D-printed bowl press mold with a flat bottom, designed to help you shape clean, consistent bowls from clay. Perfect for hand-building without a wheel.
Works especially well together with our Foot Ring Tools for Pottery — press your bowl in this mold, then use the foot ring tool to add a clean, professional-looking base.
- Flat bottom design: Creates a stable, flat-bottomed bowl shape, ideal for everyday tableware.
- Three sizes: 10 cm, 15 cm, and 20 cm — choose the size that fits your project.
- Material: Durable, high-quality PLA (3D-printed).
- Please Note: Not for food use.
Important: this is a drape mold – clay shrinks onto it as it dries. Lift the bowl off the mold at the latest when it is leather-hard; if it is left on the mold to dry further, it may crack.
